Family Literacy Weekend

April 26-28, 2024

Deaf and Hard of Hearing children ages 2-10

Tuition Fee:

$100 per adult and $50 per child

This fee includes meals, lodging, activities, and presenter fees.

Financial aid is available upon request

Family Literacy Weekend Schedule:

Nicole Gaines and Maria Klein will be leading an event that features various literacy activities suitable for the whole family. Both children and parents/grandparents will be able to participate in the activities together on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, there will be a brief session for parents to come together and learn basic literacy information on bridging ASL and English on Friday evening. 

Friday, April 26th:

Check-in at 5 pm

Sunday, April 28th:

Workshop ends at 11 am

Lunch at 11 am

Depart at 12 pm
