Program Description:

Staff Orientation is a four-day training prior to the start of the summer programs at The Holley Institute’s Carls Family Village. Staff Orientation includes instruction on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, water safety, policies, guidelines, and procedure. This four-day training is mandatory for all of the counselors, teachers, and co-directors who work during the summer season. There are also teamwork activities and a nightly game to encourage a deeper connection between staff members. Meals and overnight lodging are complimentary for the participants of Staff Orientation.
