Program Description: 

Staff orientation is a four-day training prior to the start of the summer programs at The Holley Family Village. Staff orientation includes instruction on CPR, first aid, water safety, policies, guidelines, and procedure. This four-day training is mandatory for all of the counselors, teachers, and staff who work during the summer season. There are also teamwork activities and a nightly game to encourage a deeper connection between staff members.
